1. Track AI Pro is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice, and does not replace your own regulatory obligations (including BCFSA and FINTRAC obligations for real estate licensees and brokerages).
2. Real estate trading-services remuneration must flow through a licensed brokerage. Invoice generation and payment collection for real estate referrals are restricted to brokerage-level accounts.
3. You are responsible for the accuracy of referral, commission, and party information you enter, and for obtaining any consents required to share a client's contact information.
4. Subscription fees and platform fees are billed as described on the pricing page and are non-refundable except as required by law.
